One of the underrated features of creating a Custom GPT in ChatGPT is the creator tool. There are a lot of solutions out there for building AI agents, but OpenAI has simplest and easiest. Take a look at the screenshots below and how I have a natural conversation with the creator tool agent about what I want the Custom GPT to do.

Sidenote: I originally called it “Sora Dough” but I got hit with a policy violation since the video Gen AI solution OpenAI created is called Sora.

From here I configured actions with Oauth2 and built out an API so that the GPT can interact with inventory, sales, and products.
